  • WHY ISN’T MY PROMO CODE WORKING?

    Are you a Member? Make sure you create a profile and log in before you go to the checkout so your promo code works. Another reason your promo code may not work is if the offer is location specific. Check the fine print to make sure it is valid at the store you selected for pick up or delivery.

  • CAN I USE A PAPER COUPON ON THE APP?
    Our paper coupons are not linked to our online or in-app purchases, they must be redeemed in store. Remember to check the valid locations on the back of the coupon before you visit us to redeem. We use Promo Codes for in app discounts. 

  • WHO DO I CONTACT FOR ONLINE ORDER QUESTIONS?

    Questions willl be addressed within 2-3 business days when you email [email protected].

  • DOES BOOSTER JUICE OFFER FREE BIRTHDAY SMOOTHIE COUPONS?

    The Booster Nation free birthday smoothie coupon promotion was discontinued in 2018 however, we have reintroduced a Birthday Rewards incentive when you become a Booster Rewards member. Users must sign up a minimum of seven (7) days before your birthday and include your birth date in your profile in order to be eligible to receive a free regular size (710 mL) smoothie from the Classics category on your birthday.

  • CAN I LOAD MY GIFT CARD TO THE APP?

    Yes! Digital gift cards are now available on the Booster Rewards App! Purchase, load and send digital Booster Juice gift cards. 

    CAN MERCHANDISE BE PURCHASED ON THE APP, SUCH AS WHEY PROTEIN OR PROTEIN BARS?

    Not at the moment, merchandise can only be purchased in-store but stay tuned to see if that becomes an option in the future!

  • HOW DO I GET PROMO CODES IN THE FUTURE?

    Make sure you opt-in for emails from Booster Juice. We send all our exclusive member offers via the new Booster Rewards App, so be sure to stay subscribed!
